Accreditation

Adelaide Bank is one of Australia's leading third party mortgage broker banks. Accessing our award winning products and service is as simple as becoming an accredited broker.

Residential Accreditation involves just 3 simple steps:

  • Confirm with your Aggregator that Adelaide Bank is on your approved provider panel
  • Complete the accreditation form
  • Send the accreditation form and the documents detailed below to brokersupport@adelaidebank.com.au

    Your Aggregator Membership
    Certificate or correspondence from your Aggregator confirming your active association with them.

    Your Australian Credit Licence Number
    Certificate or correspondence from ASIC confirming your licence number or evidence that you have been appointed as a Credit Representative.

    Your Industry Membership (MFAA, FBAA, FPA or equivalent)
    Certificate or correspondence from your Industry body confirming your active association with them.

Commercial Accreditation requires just one additional step.

To achieve commercial accreditation you simply need to attend a brief commercial induction course which run for about 30 minutes.

To register your interest in commercial accreditation tick the ‘commercial’ box on the application from when you apply for residential accreditation. We’ll then contact you about registering for an upcoming commercial session.

Upcoming Commercial Induction Sessions

  • 10am (CST) 25/10/2017
  • 10am (CST) 9/11/2017
  • 10am (CST) 21/11/2017
  • 10am (CST) 6/12/2017

Once you have achieved accreditation you will:

  • Receive your broker code via email
  • Be provided with access to DocSend,  our online document lodgment portal
  • Be ready to submit loan applications to Adelaide Bank!
